Gilg announced that on November 22, 2011, an indictment was unsealed charging Vitaly Petrov Revenkov, 38, of Lincoln, Nebraska, with conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine between May of 2010 and July of 2011.
