Christina Aguilera Finalizes Divorce

As reported here on Divorce Magazine back in October, 2010, Grammy-winning songstress Christina Aguilera, 30, has finalized her divorce to music executive (ex) hubby Jordan Bratman, 34.

The couple married in 2005, and vowed not to publicly discuss their marital woes, other than to comment that they intend to stay friends for the sake of their son Max, 3.

Divorce woes, however, don't seem to be keeping the pop princess from diving head-first back into the post-divorce dating waters. She was spotted soon after her separation getting up close and personal with Matt Rutler, 26, a set assistant on her recent film Burlesque.

On  the gloomier side, however, the new couple was arrested last month; she for public intoxication, and he for DUI. Those charges are still pending, and it's unclear at t his time if and how this may affect her custody arrangement.
