Jesus Manuel Gallegos, 40, and Brandon Lawrence Jones, 34, have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of an El Paso man who managed to get free in Clines Corners, N.M., on Sunday morning. The 34-year-old victim, whose name is not being released, said he ran away from his abductors when they fell asleep.
