On Thursday, November 10, 2011, around 4:20 p.m., a lone white/Hispanic male entered the Metropolitan Bank, 8744 Ogden Avenue, Lyons, IL. He walked up to the teller counter, handed the teller a note announcing a bank robbery, and threatened harm if his demands for cash were not met. He implied he had a weapon, but none was observed.
