Albuquerque Man Receives 10-Year Prison Sentence for Crack Cocaine Trafficking Conviction
SPRINGFIELD, MO—Beth Phillips, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced that a Kansas City, Missouri woman and a St. Louis, Missouri man were indicted by a
federal grand jury today for kickbacks that were paid to refer Medicaid patients to a non-emergency
medical transportation business.
Sofisha Rajhane Broadway, 30, of Kansas City, and Emir Ramic, 44, of St. Louis, were charged in a two-count indictment
returned by a
federal grand jury in Springfield.
